Common types of income documentation include IRS W-2 forms and pay stubs, or for self-employed individuals, IRS 1040 forms and Schedule C. Social Security, retirement, welfare or disability income documentation includes the award letter and copy of the latest check. Rental income documentation includes two years of IRS 1040 forms and copies of all lease agreements.
All of our loans require at least 3% to 5% equity.
For example, if your home appraises for $100,000, you may be eligible to borrow between $95,000 and $97,000. An appraisal will be required to refinance your loan.
